Robert Procop Unveils New Platinum Pieces from his Exceptional Jewels Collection

Robert Procop Unveils New Platinum Pieces from his Exceptional Jewels Collection

New York, NY (June 10, 2014)— Master jewelry designer and gem expert Robert Procop is revealing his newest platinum jewelry designs from his Exceptional Jewels gem collection.  The collection is comprised of only the finest natural gemstones, all no treatment, set in platinum.  Each piece is expertly and precision set by master artisans.

“Platinum has always been the most prestigious of precious metals to sculpture fine jewels,” says Procop.    “My finest Master Craftsmen treat platinum as their precious canvas when fabricating our pieces.  Platinum is not only the most precious metal but is the most durable to hold jewels for centuries to come. Therefore, while serving Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth and other Royal families, I have and will only use platinum to create the most important treasures.”

Procop cites the artistry of Parisian workshops in the 1920’s and 30’s as the inspiration behind some of his work.  While each piece is extraordinary and unique,  this influence is evident through stunning creations flaunting brilliantly colored stones and diamonds with classic deco elements.

A sample of Procop’s platinum jewelry will be on display at an exclusive event in New York City on June 10th.  The collection is available thru a network of exclusive independent retailers nationwide, as well as select Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue locations
